Blevins & Blevins - Dalton Personal Injury & Probate and Estate Administration Attorneys

Blevins & Blevins, P.C., was established in 1995 by David and Sheri Blevins, a husband and wife team. Before the firm was founded, David directed the litigation practice of Robert A. Whitlow, Attorneys at Law. David began practice with Robert Whitlow in 1985 in the areas of personal injury, bankruptcy, probate, general corporate and real estate. As the practice grew, David began to focus on personal injury litigation; however his experience in general practice has been an invaluable background for commercial and estate litigation. Sheri Blevins began her law practice with Stophel & Stophel in Chattanooga, Tennessee. At the Stophel firm she emphasized mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, estate planning, probate and trust administration. In 1989, Sheri joined Robert A. Whitlow, Attorneys at Law on a part-time basis where she developed a general corporate, probate and estate planning practice. Since Blevins & Blevins was founded, she has focused on estate planning, trusts, probate and related issues such as conservatorships, guardianships and elder law.
